The Heritage and Learning Department of the IWSR has a team of volunteers who look after the museums, archives and education. This team also look after the award winning Train Story Discovery Centre and the Small Artefacts Gallery as well as a vast collection of historic railway items that have been assembled over the last 55 years. This DVD gives a guided tour of some of the exhibits on display. Also included from the Audio Visual Archive are three amateur cine films of the “Move” of engine number 24 “Calbourne” from Newport to Haven Street on January 24th 1971.
